Refund policy

At A Quiet Table, each piece is handcrafted with care. Because of the nature of handmade ceramics, slight variations in glaze, colour, and form are a natural part of the process — these are not defects but characteristics that make each piece unique.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, as is sometimes possible to happen during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at business@aquiettable.in with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
